Coaching Options - The Butterfly Program

Our coaching services enhance personal and professional performance through a trusted coaching partnership that focuses on a person’s beliefs about themselves and their abilities.

In one-on-one coaching sessions clients identify and develop positive changes in behaviour to enhance their leadership skills and expand their capacity to achieve.

All sessions are unique and specific to the client’s own personal and professional needs. Examples of areas that may be worked through include:

  • Developing confidence and self-esteem
  • Identifying and changing any career-limiting habits
  • Increasing networks and visibility
  • Establishing mentoring relationships
  • Planning career direction and next steps forward
  • Letting go of self-imposed limitations
  • Setting and achieving goals
  • Creating a Personal Development Plan
  • Managing stress and work-life balance

Coaching sessions are one hour each, held face to face at the clients work location and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. For maximum impact and momentum it is recommended that the first few sessions are held weekly and then moved to bi-weekly or monthly depending on client’s specific requirements.

All coaching packages include telephone and email support throughout the duration of the scheduled sessions.

Coaching Investment

  • 4 Sessions – $1,350 + GST
  • 6 Sessions – $1,850 + GST
  • 12 Sessions – $3,500 + GST
  • Single Sessions – $350 + GST
