One-on-one Coaching

Improve your performance and accelerate your success with a safe and trusting coaching relationship.

In one-on-one coaching sessions learn more about yourself and develop positive changes in thoughts, actions and behaviours to achieve the personal and professional life you desire.

All sessions are unique and specific to each person’s needs. Examples of areas that may be worked through include:

  • Planning career direction and next steps forward
  • Developing confidence and self-esteem
  • Identifying and changing career-limiting habits and self-imposed obstacles
  • Defining your personal brand and building your profile
  • Understanding the circle of influence and how to increase visibility
  • Setting and achieving goals
  • Creating work-life balance and reducing stress
  • Building leadership capability and people management skills

Coaching sessions are one hour each, held face to face at your work location, or via Internet such as Skype or FaceTime. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

All coaching packages include a clear accountability structure and unwavering support through phone and email for the duration of your scheduled sessions.
